Developmental disability is a term used to describe life-long disabilities attributable to mental and/or physical impairments, manifested prior to age 18. Developmental disabilities challenge individual’s who are attempting to lead productive healthy lives. Gateway Community Industries’ Day Habilitation program, Medicaid Service Coordination and Pre-vocational services assist individuals in coping with and living with developmental disabilities.
